おなじみNEJM Journal Watchで東京ベイの高橋仁先生の論文、Association of fentanyl use in rapid sequence intubation with post-intubation hypotension. Am J Emerg Med 2018 Mar 14; [e-pub]が取り上げられました。挿管時にはフェンタニルを使うことが多いと思いますが、挿管後の低血圧と有意に関連するという論文です。
